Improve your lifestyle
Achieving a healthy and active lifestyle is simple,
you just have to make some changes and keep them constantly, like:
• Be at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day
, alternatively, whether
a walk at a steady pace, stairs or walk a bit 'of
gardening.
• Keep the body hydrated
with at least two liters of water a day, maybe adding a little water
